1. Appointment Scheduling & Slot Locks

Appointment slots requested via our online form are expressions of interest and subject to availability. A clinical coordinator will contact you by phone or WhatsApp to finalize dates, diagnostic requirements, and lock in the specific slot.

2. Cancellations & Re-scheduling

Rehabilitation sessions require continuous scheduling to maintain milestone progression. If you need to cancel or re-schedule a slot:

• Provide at least **24 hours notice** to your respective branch coordinator.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a slot reservation fee.
• Packages purchased for multi-session speech or occupational therapies are non-refundable but can be adjusted under medical emergencies.

3. Parental Participation Policy

For pediatric treatments (Speech, OT, Behavior Therapy), parents are required to attend the final 10 minutes of each session for counseling updates. reinforcing therapy goals at home is critical for the success of developmental milestones.
